Mini rafting is simply rafting with smaller boats, ideal for families and groups of friends. The descent takes place through one of the most beautiful parts of the Soča River, which is not too wild and enables participants to observe the stunning nature along the riverbank. This activity is also special because the person sitting at the back of the raft navigates the course with their paddle and thus becomes the guide of their boat. Our experienced guides will ensure that everyone gets the opportunity to experience this while considering safety and conditions. During the trip, you will encounter several sections of rapids, perfect for a little fun and adrenaline during your unforgettable excursion. The activity is highly adaptable in terms of difficulty and is also suitable for younger children.

EQUIPMENT

Equipment is of paramount importance when it comes to sports activities such as mini rafting. It provides comfort and safety to the user, which is why at Azimut Center, we only use the best equipment available on the market. For mini rafting with us, you only need your swimwear, towel, dry clothes, and sunscreen. We'll take care of everything else. You will receive 6 pieces of equipment: a helmet, 3 mm neoprene long-john wetsuit, PFD (Personal Flotation Device), anorak, neoprene shoes, and a paddle. If you have your own rafting equipment, you can bring it with you to the meeting point (our office) before the scheduled start of the activity. The guide will assess whether your equipment is suitable and safe for use in this activity.

Then we will take you to the starting point in the village of Volarje, where your adventure begins! Towels, dry clothes, and other personal items (except passports and larger amounts of money - you can leave them in the office) stay in the van. Everything will await you on the parking spot at the end of the trip in Tolmin. There, you change into dry clothes, and we drive you back to our office.
