Quiet time between 22:00 - 06:00
Parties and excessive noise are not allowed. No stomping and jumping in upper floors.
Fireworks and pyrotechnics are prohibited.
Travel document data for all guests must be completed.
Each apartment includes one parking space. Please use any available spot.
Pets are welcome. Please do not leave them unattended or alone in the apartment.
Clean up after pets
Please do not change any settings or log in to personal accounts. In particular, do not change the default language on Netflix or TV settings.
Smoking prohibited
Trash · Parking space or recycling point 100 m (toward city center)
If you arrive during quiet hours, please be considerate of other guests, especially on lower floors.
Keep keys safe and lock doors when leaving. You may use the key lock during your stay for safekeeping.
