DATA USAGE AND PURPOSE:
We use personal data for the following purposes:
- Informing customers by e-mail regarding new offers on our online shop (new products and services, sales, etc.), informing customers of their booking status, issuing tickets, marketing, customer service, reviewing usage statistics and actions on our online shop, and for the smooth operation of our online shop (package delivery).
- To prepare the equipment required by the client for the activity and for rent.
- For the purpose of protecting our equipment from theft, damage and other harm that may occur during the client's possession of the equipment.
Ensuring the protection of our customer's data is of paramount importance to us, and therefore we do not sell or export data outside the Republic of Slovenia.
DATA PROCESSING AND STORAGE:
For the purposes set out above, we store:
- Telephone number and/or e-mail address.
- Full name.
- Home address.
- Accommodation address.
- Height, weight and shoe size.
- Identity document number.
It is not necessary to provide all of these details during the online booking process; certain information will be required to be filled in at our office before the start of the activity or equipment rental.
DATA RETENTION POLICY:
The customer’s personal data is retained until the customer withdraws their consent for data storage and processing, which results in the deletion of their account. Once the customer’s consent is withdrawn, the data will be securely and permanently deleted.
Should there be any changes to the conditions regarding data storage and processing, we will promptly notify the customer and ensure the thorough deletion of their data.
Conversations and messages (e.g., email, SMS) are stored for 12 months starting from the date the message was sent.
USER RIGHTS AND DATA PROTECTION:
Any customer has the right to request:
- Rectification or changes to their personal data.
- Transfer of their personal data.
- Access to their personal data.
- The right to the erasure of their personal data.
